| Newly Admitted Students must bring the following documents along with them :- |

- Allotment Letter of seat alloted issued by PTU, Jallandhar
- PTU Counselling Fee Slip of Rs. 2000/-(Two Thousand Only)
- DMC of Matric and 10+2 (Original and Attested Photocopies), If DMC of 10+2 is not available with them , then passing certificate from the school is required.
- Medical certificate from Govt. Hospital/Dispensary
- Residential Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
- Four latest Passport Size Coloured Photographs.
- Migration Certificate in Original other than Punjab School Education Board.
- Reserve Category Certificate(Original and Photocopy) if any
- Gap Affidavit, attested by the Executive Magistrate/Tehsildar
- Aadhar card / Enrollment No.(Original and Photocopy) is mandatory for all students
- Bank account no. and IFSC code (Original and Photocopy of Passbook)
- Income Certificate issued by Executive Magistrate/Tehsildar for Fee Waiver income less than 4.5 lacs/ Low Income(SC/ST) less than 2.5 lacs
